Terms & Conditions
1. General
• No minimum period of stay is required
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house
• Arrangements for pets are by agreement
• Rooms are for two adults. A baby cot can be provided if required
• Check-in is from 4 p.m, Check-out not later than 10.30 a.m.
2. Reservations/payments
We will acknowledge your reservation by E-mail and this will be confirmed as soon as we have received your payment. Down payment will be 25% of the total cost with a minimum price of one night stay.
In making this payment you agree to accept our terms and conditions.
• Bank/giro
You can make your payment to our bank account. Our bank details will be sent with the confirmatory E mail.
• Cash
We request you to pay the balance when you arrive. This must be in cash as we have no credit card or pin card facilities available.
3. Cancellations
• If made more than 21 days before date booked-full refund.
• If made less than 21 days before date booked will only be refunded if the room has not been re-let.
• You may change your reservation to another date. No extra charge will be made for this.

4. Responsibility
We disclaim responsibility for loss of property or damage to luggage or vehicles during the period of your stay.
