1.GENERAL • Smoking is not allowed inside the house • Arrangements for pets are by agreement • Rooms are for two adults. A baby cot can be provided if required • Breakfast is from 8 a.m. till 9.30 a.m. • Check-in is from 4 p.m, Check-out not later than 10.30 a.m

2.RESERVATIONS/PAYMENTS We will acknowledge your reservation by E-mail and this will be confirmed as soon as we have received your payment. Down payment will be 25% of the total cost with a minimum price of one night stay. In making this payment you agree to accept our terms and conditions.

BANK/GIRO You can make your payment to our bank account. Our bank details will be sent with the confirmatory E mail. CASH We request you to pay the balance when you arrive. This must be in cash as we have no credit card or pin card facilities available.

3. CANCELLATIONS • If made more than 21 days before date booked-full refund. • If made less than 21 days before date booked will only be refunded if the room has not been re-let. • You may change your reservation to another date. No extra charge will be made for this. • In order to claim a refund you will need to send a written request-letter or E mail

4. RESPONSIBILITY We disclaim responsibility for loss of property or damage to luggage or vehicles during the period of your stay.
